From Scarlett Dawn comes the stunning, sexy, sensual, surprising, spellbinding conclusion to the bestselling, first Forever Evermore trilogy.

Queen Shifter, Lily Ruckler, has found solace in brutal warfare. Her bloodied fists and bared fangs fill the holes left in her memory, the blank spaces that leave her soul aching and empty. Her only pleasure is in blood; her only salvation is the relationship she has with her infant child, the baby of unknown origins who brings her solace and stability.

When Elder Harcourt summons Lily and her protector Antonio back to the United States, Lily thinks nothing unusual about the change of location. But a standard reconnaissance mission leaves her trapped inside King Zeller's private quarters, and at his mercy. Surprise attraction rapidly turns to a battle of wills and an intense power struggle that leaves no clear victor but plenty of resentment.

They are not allowed to nurse their wounds. In order to win the war against the Commoners, the King Vampire and Queen Shifter must work together. It should be easy. The war is turning, the battle is deadly, and both Lily and Ezra love the cold cleanliness of combat.

But their chance meeting has led to more than an unlikely alliance. Secrets have a way of surfacing, especially on a torn-up battlefield, and Lily and Ezra are about to re-learn all they cannot remember. If they can't control their emotions and responses, it will be to their own ruin and the destruction of everything around them.

I agree with some of the other posts on here. The book was just completely different than the first two. Felt rushed and cold. The author created these amazing characters in the first two books only to erase them. They were no longer Lily, Ezra, Jack, Pearl, Antonio, and so forth. They were just a bunch of words that had come together, and not in a good way. There was no true ending. There was no peace. And these awesome characters who fought for what they believed in no longer believed in anything but killing the Coms. They turned out to be the rulers needed for the war. Not who they truly were. That's not who these people were. Lily and the group cared for rights knowing that the Laws of the old were outdated and needed to be rewritten. But yet the author created a character that abused his power into doing what he thought was right. No scratch that, doing what he WANTED. He didn't do it for the good of his people, he did it because it was fun and because he could. This book just sucked. I would rather make up my own ending to a book than to read one that not only was rushed but also doesn't make any sense. Either this shouldn't have been then end of the series or the book should have ended on another note. Completely disappointed. I have read many books, some I liked, some loved, some I didn't agree with. But this is the first time I have ever felt so distraught over an ending that I had to leave a review.

King Tomb Forever Evermore Book 3 edition by Scarlett Dawn Paranormal Romance eBooks Reviews

You definitely cannot go wrong with the Forever Evermore series. Scarlettt Dawn will leave you mystified like no other. The moment you turn the first page be prepared to get sucked in! The snarky Lilly Ruckler is a force to be reckoned with. I just can't get enough of her and her fearsome four. The things they get into will have you rolling with laughter and also thinking wth??? Seriously! You have prissy Pearl with her well spoken and sophisticated personally with quite a big bite. Then there's Jack the studdly blue hair boy.. And least of all the best for last....Sexy Ezra, "sigh". Be prepared for a wild ride of excitement. I cannot wait for the next book!!! Overall great author and series. Only complaint is, release it already!!
I loved the first two books in this series, and this was a decent ending to their story, but it was missing so much of the fun byplay that was hallmark of the first two. It is much darker and just doesn't have quite the same feel. I read it in one sitting, as I do all of Scarlett Dawn's books... So it is not a bad book by any means, but it really isn't what I had been anticipating either. I look forward to #4, as I have seen that there is to be one on Goodreads, so maybe it will be more of the fun, daring mischief and sarcasm that I had come to enjoy from this series.
I think you should read this one with an open mind, though it is a little difficult when you are busy falling in love with the four characters, and then are dying to see how their story goes..
I absolutely loved the first two books. I count not but them down, just has I did with this one. But, I have to say I do agree with some of the other reviews that said that this book was rushed. I was excited to see Lily and Ezra come back together, even in the way that they did. But, I did not like how much hate that was there for so long. Also out of nowhere things are being brought up with Antonio and Cahal. It was not even explained. The three task that Lily had to complete when she saved Ezra was even completed, and the one that was in this story was just thrown in there. Also I already did not like that Pearl and Jack were lacking in the last book and they were even less seen in this one. There were many things about this book that I loved. Like the way Lily and Ezra were falling in love with each other all over again. Also the baby coming and finding out what it is and the mys. it is. Finally the four coming together again. The ending left me confused and I have no clue if I should hate Elder Harcourt or not. That would be something I am interested in finding out.
This series surprised me - as I started the first book, I wasn't certain if I would want to continue as everything seemed set in stone, and it truly felt more like a series intended for teen audiences only. But everything changes so quickly within the first few chapters of the book! This is a well thought out world, a well plotted story arc, and this book wraps up most of the issues they've faced.

There's still a few threads left dangling in the wind, but the epilogue made it pretty clear there will be future stories told in this world, with more time to finish tying off those danglers. That being said, none of the threads are important to relationship arc, and there's wiggle room for that last golden bracelet to drop off.

I loved how there was still chemistry between the two even when they had no memory of each other - there was still a connection, even if it wasn't what you would have expected. Watching that relationship redevelop, and how it redeveloped, was interesting and very satisfying.

The ending of the story did appear a bit rushed, and I would have enjoyed a bit more follow up after the four were back together, but that was just me wanting to see more interaction between everyone. It wasn't necessary for the story, just for my own personal wants.

Great conclusion to this first trilogy - can't wait to read more in this world!
I was really not sure how I was going to like this book after what happened at the ending of the second book, but I thought I will read and see where this goes. Initially, I thought yay we are going to watch them fall back in love together! Well, the book was good, but it was so rushed. After Lily got to the same camp as Ezra there was so little time. Then after that where if it was like in the first and second books this would have been built up to and detailed they were glossed over. I couldn't believe that I was at the end of the book because I felt like I missed so much at the end. I went to buy the next book and found out WHAT that is the end of there story! I am still coming to terms with this. I am going to keep reading the series to see where it goes. I hope they revert back to be more detailed like the first books. I will still reread the series because Lily and Ezra finding and falling for each other was still very entertaining.
